My beautiful 18sqm room in our 100sqm WG is available for rent. It is really spacious and full of light thanks to the 2 big windows. It is to be handed over fully equipped, you are going to have all the furniture, plants and also my super ambient Philips Hue smart lights. You can easily connect your phone to the Hue Bridge via WiFi, and you will be able to control all the lights in the room from your phone, even with voice control.
Lage
The flat is located at the very beginning of Maastrichter Strasse, therefore every important place in Aachen is within reach. The Turmstrasse bus stop is right in front of the building, thus you can just hop onto the bus quickly and easy, and can get to locations (just like KaWo, Ponttor, Hauptbahnhof, Bushof, Elisenbrunnen) within a few minutes. The closest grocery store (Netto) is 6 minutes by foot, but you can also find several kiosks, hairdressers, döner shops, printing offices and restaurants nearby. The Mensa Academica, Pontstrasse, SuperC and Markt are all within 10-15 minutes by foot.

live with Lotte and Ana, two super kind and awesome girls. Lotte is studying mechanical engineering at RWTH, and loves to ride her bike, run, play the piano, cook, or hang out with friends in her freetime. Ana is working in Maastricht, loves cats, swimming, and having a chat next to a cup of wine. Both girls are very open minded and friendly; we have spent really cool times with each other, let it be cooking tog
