Availability:
The room is available from 01.6.2025 to 30.10.2025. After that, we can review the situation and, if everything works out well, there’s the possibility to extend the contract.

- your room 13 m² (this room is available fo you)
- Right now, I am living one room and looking for another roommate (I am male)
- The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Neu-Ulm Hauptbahnhof
- Several supermarkets are located nearby

Costs:
- The room is completely new equipped!
- Only room rent 450
- Fee for existing equipments (Fridge, wash machine & dischwasher, oven, and others kitchen equipments) : €100
- Monthly utility costs (electricity, Internet and Cable TV, Water, Heating, recycling, Building Maintenance,Wastewater Fees,Keller): €200
- No deposit required!

Important!:
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month (Total 650 EUR)

The only requirement before moving in is to read and sign the rental contract
