My apartment will be available once I move out in July. I need someone to take over the year left on my lease (lease can be extended after that).

Furnished or unfurnished-- can be furnished if the new renter wants to buy my furniture. OR it can be left unfurnished, and I will sell my furniture.

Cold rent: €899
Warm rent: €1,046 (includes heating and water)

Available in July (specific move out date TBD soon, probably July 15)

Pets: allowed

More info: brand new apartment built one year ago with underfloor heating. Full kitchen built into unit, with 4 burner stove/oven, dishwasher, and fridge all connected.

Security deposit can be paid spread out over the first 3 months of moving in instead of all at once (total deposit €2,697). Basement storage and underground parking also available.
