I am renting a fully furnished 2-room apartment. The personal belongings that can be seen in the pictures will be removed. I can also remove individual pieces of furniture by arrangement.

The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment includes a cellar compartment and an underground parking space.

The rent of 850€ includes all necessary fees and contracts (e.g. WLAN). The furniture is covered by the deposit.

The apartment is free until 28.02.2026, if desired we can limit it to the end of January.

The apartment is located in a residential complex, approx. 2 minutes' walk from the Benzstraße bus stop. The bus takes 10 minutes to the university and 12 minutes to the train station. By bike it is 4 minutes to the nearest shopping facilities with Rewe, pharmacy, DM and a bakery, by foot 10 minutes.

Furnished 2-room apartment for rent. All furniture and dishes remain in the apartment. By arrangement, we can also remove certain furniture from the apartment for this period. The personal belongings that can be seen in the pictures will of course be removed.

The 850€ include all fees, all contracts (e.g. WLAN) will continue to run for this period and are included in the price. In addition, no transfer fee is required as the furniture is covered by the deposit.
