Hi!
A cozy and bright room in our shared flat will be available from August 1st. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is brand new.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, desk, chair, two wardrobes, carpet, and blackout curtains.
A big window brings in lots of light and can be opened wide in summer. There's also a large radiator that keeps the room warm in winter.

We have a spacious bathroom with a lovely window facing the forest.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table, sofa, washing machine, dryer, and everything else you might need.
An iron and vacuum cleaner are available for everyone to use. There's also a storage room and a place for bikes. Parking for one car is available too.
Our balcony is perfect for relaxing or drying laundry.

The bus stop is just a few steps away, and in less than 15 minutes you can reach Saarbasar.
There you'll find Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, a bakery, Roodman, and dm.

The way to the university is straightforward, and most people in the building are students.
We often enjoy eating or chatting together in the kitchen.
