I am out of Bonn for 2 months and I am subletting my apartment.
The period is from the 9th of Dec until the 10th of Feb.

The apartment is fully furnished and I am charging the same rent and costs I already pay + a small surcharge for the furniture.
Costs include everything: heating, water, electricity, TV/radio fee, extra fees of the building, internet DSL.
It is a 1-room apartment with kitchen, living room, and bedroom sharing the same space.
The bathroom is separated by a small corridor part of the apartment.
I will not remove my clothes/food, but I will ensure there will be space for yours as well.
There is a private cellar where a bike can be parked and a few things can be stored.
There is a used spare bike that can be used if you want.


I would need to hand in the key in person and would like to meet the tenant before renting the apartment.
I expect the person taking it over for these 2 months period to take maximum care of the place and keep it clean.

The total rent all included for the entire period is €1,490. You can stay during a short period, but the total rent will be the same.
