I am offering my fully furnished apartment in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Othmarschen for sublet while I am away this summer. The apartment will be available from June 1 to September 30.

The apartment is 75 m² and includes:

One bedroom, a living room, and a dining area

Two separate workspaces, ideal for remote work

Two bathrooms

A spacious balcony with plenty of greenery

Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and all essential household items

This sublet is well-suited for a single person or a couple. Pets are welcome.

Monthly rent is €1,600 cold, plus €200 for utilities (including electricity, heating, internet, and water). A security deposit of €800 is required. Ideally, I am looking for someone who can stay for the entire sublet period.
