Apartment in Dresden-Innere Altstadt

Room：
The size of the apartment is 45 m^2, shared by 2 people on the fourth floor. My room is 12 m^2 . The apartment has all necessary furniture, including a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. My room has a bed, sofa, wardrobe, closet, table, chairs, and so on.

Location:
The location is extremely convenient: 2 min to the public transport, including trams 3 and 8 and bus 66, and 5 min to tram 10 and bus 61.
It is within 10 mins walking distance to Hauptbahnhof and 7 min to Dresden University.
It is also very close to the supermarket, a few steps to Netto and also the Matrix Mensa, and a 5-7 min walk to REWE and ALDI.
The neighbourhood and housemate are really nice people.
