Souterrainwohnung in Darmstadt

I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my fully furnished apartment in Bessungen from April 1st (potentially from March 1st). The apartment is located in a residential complex, in a lower ground floor. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, a main hall (which includes the entrance hall and the kitchen) and a small backyard with a piece of garden. The whole apartment is freshly painted and many of the furniture seen in the pictures has less than one year of use. The WG suits perfectly for a single person or a pair, students, single professionals, etc. The apartment has everything for a comfortable living, incl. a built-in kitchen with a stove, an oven and an air extractor, a washing machine, office furniture, bed, TV, etc.
Since I'm leaving Darmstadt definitely, I'm looking for someone that wants to take over the whole furniture, which I'm willing to sell for a price of 2425 EUR; the detailed list of articles is provided will be provided in private (not enough characters here) and each article can be checked individually during the apartment viewing.

At the moment, "Warmmiete" is 800 EUR, additionally internet and electricity must be paid. Deposit is 1950 EUR.
