Wohnung in Magdeburg-Werder

We are two students from Magdeburg and would like to sublet our apartment during our semester abroad from October 2026 until early March 2027. The exact move-in and move-out dates can be discussed with us individually.

The apartment is fully furnished and completely equipped, so moving in immediately is possible without any problems. It can either be used by one person, for example with one bedroom and a separate living room, or by two people who would each like to have their own room. Due to the layout with a separated area, the apartment is suitable for both options; this can also be seen in the photos.

The furnishings include, among other things, beds, wardrobes, shelves, two desks, bathroom cabinets, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a dining table, two refrigerators, a kettle, an air fryer, kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery, and other household appliances and furniture. Overall, the apartment is fully equipped.

The monthly warm rent is €548. This includes the fixed utility fee, including electricity costs. This means there are no additional electricity costs and no later utility bill settlement. Further details can be discussed with the landlady if needed.

No traditional upfront deposit is required; instead, a monthly deposit compensation fee of €10 is already included in the stated rent.

The apartment has very good access to the university — the campus can be reached in about five minutes by public transport. It is also located very close to the Elbe, which makes the living environment especially pleasant. There is also an outdoor bicycle parking area.

The sublet is available exclusively for students and trainees/apprentices.
