All-inclusive rent (includes heating, water, electricity, internet, and furniture. No extra costs!)
• Full-year stay: €1,196/month — Deposit: €2,772
• Semester stay: €1,262/month — Deposit: €2,970

• 4th floor with elevator access. (Great view from the top floor)
• The apartment is fully furnished; The kitchen and furniture have been recently renovated; however, some items shown in the photos belong to us as the current tenants. (We, as a couple, have been living here since starting our studies at the University of Bremen in 2020 as we enjoyed the calm and friendly environment of Fizz.)
