Penthouse in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg

Our furnished roof top penthouse apartment is for rent to a professional who wants to live in a superb location of the city in a high-end apartment and is ok to occassionally share the space with us (easy going and very friendly couple in our early 40s) for ~one week per month. The rest of the time the apartment is all yours. You don't need any furniture.

The rental includes:

- A private, bright, furnished bedroom including brand-new high quality mattress, private desk and wardrobe.

- Direct access to a private and sunny rooftop terrace

- Use of the entire 155qm apartment, including fully equipped high end kitchen, fire place and 360 views of Berlin

The apartment will be for your sole use most of the time, as the second bedroom is typically occupied for only about one week per month by us as the owners. We'd basically form a WG, but you will have the apartment for yourself for most of the time.
The minimum rental period is 6 months, preference is given to candidates who want to rent for 12+ months.

This accommodation is for a single individual only (sorry no WG with more people than us!). It would be particularly well-suited for a professional who values a fully furnished space that truly feels like a Berlin home.
