The apartment is located 3min by foot from U Eberswalderstr.

I am currently looking for someone to rent the apartment till beginning of next year and then could possibly take over the flat afterwards if the landlord agrees.


Not suitable for a WG

The flat is newly refurbished with 2 rooms, 1 storage room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with access to the roof.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, mixer, etc.
The apartment is super cozy also in winter times and has floor heating. There is a ladder going up to the roof in case of a fire emergency or really hot weather and tanning season ;).
It will come with all my furniture and amenities, incl. washing machine, vacuum cleaner, coffeemachine, table, adjustable desk, new fridge, bed, sofa,…

The cost includes everything: wifi, electricity, water, heating, Rundfunkbeitrag etc.

There are multiple bars and restaurants in this area so it is super lively and you will have a great view to people watch from the balcony.

I put a lot of love in my apartment and am open to discuss removing the paintings etc. so you can also feel at home here.
Anmeldung is possible, but I will need to send your info to my landlord.
