I'm the owner of the apartment and she's also my headquarters. So I'm the main partner for this apartment. It is located in a very lively and well connected part of Neukölln. Centrally located with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Both the U8 and the Ringbahn (S-Bahn) are only 3 minutes walk away. The S45 to BER airport is also very easily accessible, so it is only 35-40 min from the door to the airplane.
Some details of the apartment:
- The apartment is located directly on the Hermannstraße, so it could be a bit loud with open balcony doors, but is relatively quiet with closed doors, as the apartment in the 2nd. Stock is.
- The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven.
- The bedroom has a work desk.
- The living room is very spacious and cozy, with a TV and a comfortable sofa
