Hello, this is Shailendra and Manish, currently residing in this cozy apartment at 4th floor of the building towards South of Erlangen. We both are working as PhD student at FAU and are looking for a working professional/student in our flat share. Due to health concern, Smoking is not allowed in our flat. Manish is moving out from our apartment at around this month and hence room is available to occupy from 01st of October until 30th June, 2026 for now. Originally, I am from India and English language is going to be more convenient for me to interact with you. Since, I would be having time in the evening, I would be happy to cook together, talk and some sport whenever possible. I also value if you need your own time.

Our flat has fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, standard oven, dishwasher, nice coffee machine, induction) toilet and bathroom (equipped with washing machine, bath tub and storage tower) and two living room and one small room. Entire apartment has very nice heating insulation, so winter is not a big deal for us. We also have a small balcony equipped with small table and chair. Apartment also has small private keller storage facility and shared bike storage room. There is also possibility to get the existing furniture (Double bed with spring mattress, Study table and gaming chair) bought from IKEA and for this obviously, you would directly contact Manish.

Rent condition:

Monthly warm rent for the apartment is €613 including internet and electricity. We have very nice 100mbps internet connection from Telekom and Green Electricity contract. The caution deposit for the apartment is going to be €1320 and obviously it is refundable upon moving out of the apartment.
