I’m moving out of my unfurnished apartment in Trudering at the beginning of December 2025. The move-in date is flexible, ideally between 5–10 December. Only for 1 person, this is not a shared flat.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, and kitchen cabinets).

Small half-room (ideal as an office or storage)

Bathroom: Private, but located outside the apartment, accessible via a small shared hallway with quiet and friendly neighbors (a couple in their 60s). Please confirm that you are aware and comfortable with this setup before scheduling a visit.

Private cellar included

No garage, but free street parking available nearby

Furniture & items:
The apartment will be rented unfurnished, except for the built-in kitchen, which is included.
I will resell a few pieces such as the Kallax shelves in the office room and the curtains, if the new tenant is interested.
The white cupboard in the bathroom and the closet in the hallway will stay in the apartment free of charge.

Location:
Excellent location — right across from the Trudering S-Bahn/U-Bahn station, and within 5 minutes’ walk of supermarkets, a gym, post office, and other daily conveniences.

Rent:

€1,000/month including Nebenkosten

Heating not included (approx. €130/month for gas and electricity depending on usage)

I will select three profiles, and the agency will organize viewings and make the final decision.
