Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte

I will sadly be leaving my cute apartment right by Naturkundemuseum at the end of this month. My landlord has agreed to a lease take over and I'm looking for someone suitable.

The apartment is bright and cosy, the kitchen has a dishwasher and small fridge, everything is modern and comfortable. The landlord is nice and responsive and the building manager helpful. The apartment will be unfurnished (furniture pictured is to give you an idea of the space and my set up).

I am looking for someone to take over the contract from 1st of December.

A viewing will take place this Saturday 22nd Nov at 2pm, please be prepared with Schufa and payslips that confirm you earn 3xthe cold rent. I will present candiates to the landlord for their final approval.
