As I will be travelling abroad for an extended period, I am looking for a responsible subtenant to take over my furnished, bright 2-room apartment near Ku'damm.

Note on Duration: The contract is set for 12 months (December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026). An extension may be possible depending on my travel plans, but it is not guaranteed.

Rent Complete: € 1,400 per month (Includes all utility and Internet and Electricity contracts.)

Apartment Features

Layout: Bright and clean layout including one main living/dining area, one separate bedroom, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.

Bed, sofa, desk & chair (suitable for home office/remote work).


Important Logistics

Official Registration (Anmeldung): Official registration (Meldebescheinigung) at this address is possible MAXIMUM of 2 people.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking space included with the lease. However, residents are eligible to apply for a Bewohnerparkausweis (resident parking permit) for street parking in the zone.

Proof Required: Applicants must provide current employment verification and proof of Liability Insurance before signing the sublease.
