Wohnung in Frankfurt-Nordend-Ost

Hello everyone, my name is Davide :) I hope you are doing well!
I moved to Frankurt am Main in 2020 for my work and I am now looking for an apartment in Stuttgart West area due to my gf that starts working at Max Plank Institute in Vaihingen :)

The house I am offering is an apartment on the 2nd floor in Frankfurt - Nordend area, Sandweg street- it is 57m2, it has 2.5 rooms, 2 balconies, a fitted kitchen, is completely furnished and has a cellar. Location is fantastic, 3 min walking minutes the U-bahn station Hoehenstrasse and 1 minute to the lovely and very lively Berger Strasse.

I am looking for a house to share with my partner, ideally in Stuttgart west of min. 55m2 and with a fitted kitchen. Preferred with balcony or garden.
