The apartment is 36 m2 with one room and a separate kitchen and bathroom.
It is located on the higher ground floor Hochparterre in German (so you have enough privacy from the street ) on a quiet street in Gesundbrunnen.
There are parking lots in front of the building, and public transportations ( bus, tram, U bahn and S bahn) are in walking distance.
The closest station is U9 Osloer Str. and U8 Pankstr, as well as S bahn Bornholmer Str.

The warm rent is 850 euros per month, gas, water, electricity, and internet are all included. And I will ask for one-month cold rent as a deposit. The apartment is without Anmeldung(!) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The whole apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. You will have the furniture, kitchenwares and things you need to feel comfortable at home.I will leave my personal stuff in the basement, so you will have space to arrange your belongings.

The rental period is from 18 Feb. 2024 to 07. May.2026.
