We are handing over the contract of our beloved flat near Mauerpark.

Infos on the flat:
- 67 sqm
- 2 rooms (i.e. 1 large bedroom + 1 large living room that includes separated kitchen)
- Flats borders Mauerpark & is neubau (from 2018)
- Residential area with mainly working families and young couples
- Large balcony facing south
- Topfloor of the building (4th)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Large bathroom with bath and separate shower
- Possibility to take over electronic machines (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) + some fourniture that we will not take with us (couch, dinner table, bbq)
- Comes with spacious cellar & building is equipped with elevator
- Possibility to rent parking in the underground
- Rental price incl. all costs is at €1.7k (Kalttmiete is at €1.4k), on top of which we pay €35 wifi per month
- Available bike & stroller garage
- Animals allowed

We are handing over the contract, and we are suggesting new tenants to the agency. However, agency ultimately decides which applicants will get the flat.

Requirements for applicants:
- Be able to contractually move in on April 1st 2026 (not after)
- Have at least 3 monthly payslips to show from a EU-company
- Combined net income of applicant(s) needs to be at least 3x the monthly rental cost to give you a good chance of getting the flat
- Have recommendation from current landlord (Vermieterbescheinigung)
- Recent Schufa
- Be able to come for a flat viewing (if desired, online is possible too) in the next couple of days.
