Maisonette-Wohnung in Berlin-Weißensee

We would like to rent our flat for the period between the 16th of May to the 9th of July 2026. The flat is 92m2. However, we would be renting out only 60m2 of it, which would comprise of a bedroom (8m2), and living and kitchen area (39m2), as well as a bathroom with a shower (3m2). We also have a 6 year old female cat who is very friendly and would need to be looked after in terms of being fed twice a day, and having her litter box cleaned daily.

The apartment is located in Weissensee, and offers excellent transport links and is within a 15-20 min walking distance to Prenzlauerberg.

We would be looking to rent the apartment within the stated time period to a responsible, non-smoking individual who would also be willing to look after our cat.

The space would be rented out for EUR 1500 over the entire duration of the rental, with a deposit of EUR 800.
