I am renting my 2 bedroom appartment for anywhere between 3 to 12 months, depending on needs.

brand new fully furnished kitchen with Siemens equipment

garage
guest toilet
living room contains a desk that can be used as a home office corner.

1 of the bedrooms is used mainly as storage but can easily be used as a bedroom as it holds a bed-sofa.

The advertised price contains all expenses of the flat , as folows:
rent - 900 EUR(garage included)
nebenkosten - 150 EUR
Strom - 70 EUR
Internet - 50 EUR

This is not a pet friendly appartment.
Also, no smoking inside the appartment , but free to smoke on the balcony.

Appartment is located in a quiet area of Passau away from main roads but also close to interest points. It is part of a 6 unit house with quiet neighbours and a friendly atmosphere.

IMPORTANT:
All pieces of furniture seen in the pictures will remain in the appartment, this will be rented furnished, as seen in the presentation pictures.

There is room for negociation but within reasonable conditions.
