We are looking for a new tenant for our fully furnished apartment in Munich (Campus Viva, Baierbrunner Straße 44).

- Suitable for 1 or 2 persons
- Fully furnished apartment
- Private bathroom and kitchenette
- Access to shared facilities (gym, laundry room, lounge, study areas)

The apartment is located in a modern student residence with good connections to public transport and universities (LMU, TUM).

IMPORTANT – Application requirements:
The rental contract will be signed directly with Campus Viva. Only complete applications will be considered and documents cannot be submitted later.

To be considered, please send your full application directly in your first message, including:

- Copy of ID / Passport
- Completed self-disclosure form (Selbstauskunft)
- Proof of income or guarantor (with income and SCHUFA)
- Student enrollment or work contract
- Visa (if applicable)
