I am the current tenant of this apartment, and I am looking for a replacement tenant (known as a "Nachmieter" in German) to take over my contract.
I will be moving out in November, and the apartment will be ready for a new tenant. Please note that I am only looking for tenants who are willing and able to sign the contract and move in during the first week of December 2025.
Here are the details of the apartment:
• Move-in Date: 1st week of December 2025 (e.g., between Dec 1st - Dec 7th)
• Location: Third floor
• Rooms: 2 rooms
• Features: Upscale interior
• Kitchen: Includes a fitted kitchen
• Storage: A cellar space is also included
Important Condition: The landlord requires a minimum rental period of 1 year.
