The apartment is a 2 room apartment with a separate kitchen and balcony. Located on the 3rd floor is perfectly quiet even in a busy street. It's very well located with a shopping mall (Arcaden) a 5 minute walk away, an U-bahn station (Kalk Post) and the S-bahn (Trimbornstr.) are also super close. The flat will come partially furnished (full kitchen, washing machine) as well as some of the furniture can be taken over at a certain cost. It is a very well illuminated space with windows facing East and West, so you'll have both the morning and the afternoon soon.

The flat could also be used as a shared apartment, as both rooms have enough space to be a bedroom. There's a fault on the wall that the landlord is aware of, wanted to point it out for full transparency.
